The major focus is on individual and family relationships. In addition to counselling services, a range of short courses are available to assist folk do life better; particularly in relation to grief, and self development. People are encouraged to make a donation, where possible, which assists in maintaining the service.

Newlife Care futhermore runs the Op Shop located on the premises of Newlife Uniting Church; which continues to flourish with its overwhelming business.
